Walnut Grovez Inc ("we", "us") operates Make Photos 1 at https://makephotos1.com. This policy applies to every purchase made on this site: recurring subscription plans and one-time purchases alike.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel yourself, at any time, in two steps: log in and open Easy to Cancel at https://makephotos1.com/account/cancel, then confirm. Cancellation stops all future charges immediately, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. No cancellation fee applies.

You can also cancel by emailing [email protected] or calling +1 (888) 875-0960. We action emailed requests within one business day and confirm the cancellation by email.

A one-time purchase has nothing to cancel: it is charged once and never renews.

Refunds

Every charge is covered by a 30-day full-refund window: the first charge of a subscription, each renewal charge, and any one-time purchase, including the Day Pass. Ask within 30 days of the charge and we refund it in full.

To request a refund, email [email protected] or call +1 (888) 875-0960 with the email address on your account and, if you have it, the order number from your receipt.

How long it takes. We review every request within 2 business days of receiving it and tell you the outcome by email. An approved refund is sent to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your card issuer then posts the credit to your account, which usually takes a further 5 to 10 business days depending on the bank. We only ever refund to the payment method that was charged.

A refund of a subscription charge also cancels the subscription, so nothing further is charged. A refund of a one-time purchase ends the access it bought.

Requests made after the 30-day window are considered case by case; contact us and we will do what is fair.

Renewals and notices

Recurring plans renew automatically every 30 days at the plan price shown at checkout, until you cancel. We email you 5 to 7 days before each renewal, and a receipt after every successful charge, at the address on your account.

Charges on your statement

Charges from us appear on your statement as makephotos1.com. If you do not recognise a charge, contact us first at [email protected] or +1 (888) 875-0960: we will identify it, and refund it under this policy if it was made in error.
